I enhanced my experience working as a consultant for National franchise systems, performing site selection and performance analysis in the competitive New York marketplace. My residential real estate experience was derived as a member of the #1 rated residential Team (15 years running) on Long Island, NY. In furtherance of my residential real estate dreams and a strong personal desire to work and live in a conducive local, I have relocated along with my wife and two daughters to beautiful Lake Ariel in the Pocono Mountains of Wayne County, PA.
