Joseph Ward, or Joey as he's known to most, has proudly called the Poconos home for almost 15 years. Originally from the Wyoming Valley, he grew up camping, fishing, and soaking in the peace of the area’s forests and lakes, which sparked his lifelong love for the great outdoors. Joey’s work ethic is rooted in the belief that “hard work pays off.” Over the years, he built an impressive career in construction, gaining hands-on experience with everything from log and stick-built homes to roofing and foundations—even running his own construction business. Now as a full-time Realtor, Joey brings that same passion and expertise to help clients discover the hidden potential in every property. His attention to detail and commitment to doing things right—he lives by the motto “measure twice, cut once”—ensures his clients always get incredible value. Joey holds multiple certifications, including Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), New Home Sales license, & Remodeling Specialist.
