Jessica Carl is a dedicated real estate professional who brings both deep local roots and a creative, people-focused approach to her work. Born and raised in the Poconos, Jessica has an extensive understanding of the region’s communities, neighborhoods, and the unique qualities that make each area special. Jessica originally earned her real estate license in 2014 and is now returning to the industry after a brief hiatus spent teaching middle school art in Florida. During her four years in education, she honed strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to guide people through important decisions—qualities that translate seamlessly into real estate. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Fine Art from Lebanon Valley College and furthered her education at the Pennsylvania School of Art & Design in Lancaster. Her creative background gives her a keen eye for design, space, and potential, helping clients envision possibilities in every home.
